Shop Policies and Data Protection

Thank you for visiting and we hope that you may find what you are looking for.
Here is some additional info you may want to read.

Not all items have the same processing time- some of our pieces are made on demand and we do not like to keep large amount of stock. We generally dispatch any item within three days. If you are in rush get in touch before purchasing an item- we will do our best to help and often may be able to offer same day shipping provided we get enough notice.

We tend to answer all questions within 24 hours.

All items are handmade and may vary slightly from one to another- we are not machines.

We try to waste as little as possible and only use recycled packaging. Please, recycle everything.

Colors may vary slightly because of your monitor configuration.

Please read the shop policy before purchasing an item and should you have any questions get in touch.

Exchange and Returns.

If you are not, for any reason happy with the item, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt, at your expense.
Please notify us by e-mail that you will be returning your purchase.

We will refund the purchase price through PayPal or directly to your bank account or should you wish exchange for a new item.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please, return the item in new condition.

We cannot accept returns for custom pieces, such as engagement rings and items that contain materials you provided unless they are deemed as faulty.

Shipping policy

We are based in Brighton, UK.

Items are shipped with British Post Office and we use Tracked and signed service on all our items. On custom made orders of high value we use DHL or a similar delivery courier appropriate to your location. 

Our processing time is between 1 to 3 days and the average estimated shipping times are 2-5 business days within Europe, 3-10 business days to Canada and USA and 4-12 business days to Australia and New Zealand.

Although we would expect items to arrive within the estimated times, please allow up to 30 business days, as occasionally items can be delayed.

1. Information We Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

2. Why we collect your information and how we use it

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

-as needed to provide my services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

-when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list;

-if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and

-as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving our services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services

 

3. The third parties with whom we shares personal information

-Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

-Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

-Compliance with laws- We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

-By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in session cookie in your browser- a temporary browser that gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor)  local currency.

4. The length of time your data is retained by us

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

5. If transferring personal information outside of Europe, how the transfer will be handled

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

6. Your rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:

  • You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
  • Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
  • You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
  • If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
